Polices & Prices~ Before you purchase a bunny from me I ask that you read this in full. I reserve the right to refuse any sale  for any reason !. You will go home with a healthy happy bunny. I want my bunnies to go to good homes, I ask that you commit to your new rabbit from me. I don't want my bunnies ending up in shelters or put out the front door. Make sure you realize ,children may not be responsible to care for a pet. In that case the responsibility with be placed on you the "Parent". A child under 18 years old can't not buy a bunny from me without it's parent being present. It's the law here in Massachusetts . Please don't bring any other pets with you to visit my rabbitry!! You will have a 7 day guarantee

 for your bunnies health for 7 days after the purchase date. This means your bunny is free of any diseases and has a sweet temperament. I do not sell mean biting bunnies if you should have a problem with biting  many things could be to blame.

 Please call me and I will try to help you assess that problem. If your bunny should dies before the 7 days are up, please call me and wrap you bunny up so I see proof that your bunny has passed. I will replace it if I feel it's my fault. I will not replace a bunny that has been handled incorrectly, and has been fed the wrong foods or no given any waters for days, kept in the sun, snow rain or wind and not covered correctly. Bunnies are live animals not stuffed animals.Make sure your bunny lives in the right size cage. Bunnies favorite temps are 50- 55 degrees don't put your bunny near a heat source, or a draft other. You must bring a carrier to bring your bunny home in , I do not have boxes!!!!!!! I do not spay or? neuter all the rabbits I sell!!

A deposit is half down the other half being paid at pick up time, if you don't pay for your bunny in full you can't go home with it! If you put a deposit on one of my bunnies and never come to pick it up your lose your deposit! I can't  hold bunnies for more than one week I don't have the space for that. If you back out of a sale you will lose your deposit I could have sold that bunny to someone else. (Visits to my rabbitry are limited to 30 mins!!! Please thanks for understanding.  Please dress for the weather most of my bunnies live outdoors.) Bunnies are sold on a first come first basis I can't hold a bunny with a deposit. Payment for your bunny is with cash only please!! Or a money order. From time to time I may offer older rabbits free of charge that doesn't mean they are sick ,it just means they are done breeding and I'd like to see them retire in a nice home! Please call me if you need to cancel an appointment because I may outside waiting for you. I have have a family too and am as busy as the next person.
